CM Commercial Building Maintenance was founded through the combined strengths of a dedicated cleaning professional and an experienced sales leader.

The foundation of CM began with an immigrant mother who came to Canada as a teen and spent over two decades working in the cleaning industry. Through hands-on experience, she developed exceptional expertise in office cleaning, janitorial services, and detailed property maintenance.

At a pivotal moment, her partner joined the business, bringing a strong background in sales and client relations. His ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and grow client partnerships perfectly complemented her operational expertise and attention to detail.

Together, they created a balanced and powerful foundation — one focused not only on delivering high-quality commercial cleaning services, but on building long-term relationships with clients across Toronto and the GTA.
